Despite our best efforts, inadvertent pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We will accept any returned items, with the exception of ammunition, gun safes, black powder, and air guns, for exchange or refund as long as the items are in new and original condition in the factory packaging. For safety reasons, all ammunition is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Freight charges incurred while returning and/or exchanging items will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return was due to an error on our part.
If an item has been used and is found to be defective, we will refer you to the manufacturer for repair/replacement under the manufacturer's warranty.
All items received damaged must be reported within 2 business days by calling (800) 287-7700 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We must have original box with tracking label attached for an insurance claim. Always inspect and test your equipment immediately upon delivery, even if you do not plan to use it right away. Most products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Due to the vast number of firearms that we stock, keeping everything listed online is a bit challenging. If you are looking for something and are unable to find it in our catalog feel free to call us at 800-287-7700 ext. 102.
Any firearm that is purchased online must either be shipped to a licensed FFL or picked up in store. Handguns are reqired to be shipped to an FFL in your state of residence for pickup. The buyer of a firearm is responsible for any transfer fees charged by an FFL holder.
If you are using an FFL for the transfer of your firearm please be sure that your order number is included with the FFL. LL Cote Sports Center is not responsible for any delay in shipment due to an improperly referenced FFL.

If you are looking for a caliber of firearm that we do not currently have in stock please give us a call at 800-287-7700 ext. 102. We are continuously ordering new firearm stock and will be more than happy to acquire your preferred caliber or model.
All automatic knives will be shipped UPS ground. Federal law prohibits the shipment of automatic knives across state lines unless purchased for military or law enforcement use. If you are not a resident of New Hampshire you must fill out THIS form and either mail, fax, or email it to email@example.com along with proper identification. Automatic knives will not be shipped unless it abides by your state laws. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes so a physical address will need to be provided.
